Brilliant and fairly clean place, excellent view of the lake. Quiet rooms and courteous staff members with the Hotel good price great service both pick up and drop off. Unbeatable location not too far away from a large sunny square. Found in a secure area very close to restuarants, and Trastevere.

The location is amazing. It is located at a walking distance from the Coliseum. We even walked to the train station with trains to the Fiumicino airport.
No internet in the room. When I tried to use the internet at the lobby, it was offline. There's a "boiler" switch in the bathroom, and if you turn it off by mistake when turning off the light, you won't have hot water on the shower. The person who stays in the reception in the night shift does not speak English.

clean room but distant from the main station
The room was nice and clean. I appreciated the complimentary water and the quality coffee available each morning.
The distance from Roma Termini Station made it challenging to walk, especially for those with extra luggage.

For the price, the hotel was surprisingly good. The location was excellent and rooms were clean. Especially we liked the newly renovated bathroom and the air conditioning. Even though the street next to the hotel was a very busy one, windows closed the sound of the traffic didn't bother.
On one occasion we had to wait for 10-15 minutes at night to get into the lobby, because the lobbyist had fallen asleep and didn't answer the doorbell or phone. Also, the breakfast wasn't really worth attending.

I have bad experience stay in this hotel. They arrange us to stay on the dodgy room with separated bathroom on the highest floor, which I booked for private bathroom. They said because the room we booked is damaged in the bathroom. Instead they upgrade our room, they downgraded our room which is unacceptable. I cancell the remaining days stay at this hotel, fortunately the staff was very accomodating our needs and helpfull (especially the women staff)
This is an old hotel. The escalator is only fit for 2 persons not include the big lugage. The room is dusty, smelly yet the bathroom is ok.

Great location, friendly staff, nice, clean room
typical 'Italian' break-fast, coffee, white brad and sweet marmelade; why not add some cheese, for instance. a bit noisy in the mornings, but after all Via Cavour is a very busy street.

My experience was frustrating due to several issues. There were no basic amenities provided in the room, like a kettle for coffee or an iron. To make matters worse, I faced a problem when checking out early in the morning. The night staff insisted that I had not paid the city tax, despite having done so previously. This confrontation left me feeling upset and unappreciated as a guest.

I like the location of hotel Adas with nice places to eat nearby and the coliseum is just two blocks away. The room was very spacious and clean sheets and the bathroom was immaculate.
The small elevator made it very difficult to fit yourself and luggage. The included breakfast was less than desirable with bread as the staple diet and corn flakes without much of any other selection.

Very central to all the main attractions. The Cavour station is very close. The hotel is very small and can be difficult to find as the sifnboard is very small agaist the wall. The lift can only take one person with luggage. The bathroom is very cramped and I suggest you take your own towels. The double glazed windows kept the city noise out. The breakfast consists of croussants, buns and cornflakes. There was coffee and juice available. The wi-fi does not work but there is a bar around the corner to the left of the hotel that has excellent wi-fi. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will recommend it to anybody that is looking for locatiion and not luxury. We were surprized to be asked to pay tourist tax so make sure you enquire about it when you book in. There is a fridge with a small friezer to keep food and frieze water. I have tried to give an honest opinion of the hotel so that you are prepared for your stay, but we were ver happy with the hotel.
The only thing we were unhappy about is that were were not told about the tourist tax when we arrived, but was told to pay e4 per room per night on checking out. It was our last stay in Rome and fortunately we had kept some money aside.
